Hardening principle

The strength of concrete is mainly derived from the silicon and calcium in the cement component of concrete. The calcium silicate compound (CSH) formed under the action of water is the material that plays a major role in concrete. The interior of the concrete remains after the initial setting of concrete. In the slow CSH eternalization reaction, this reaction cannot be completely carried out under natural conditions, and there is always a large amount of free state. The active silicate contained in the liquid hardener reacts with the free calcium ions which are not reacted into calcium silicate in the concrete to form calcium silicate hydrate (CSH), which causes the calcium ions in the concrete to further participate in the reaction and further increase The strength and hardness of concrete.

·Clean the surface of the base layer, remove the floating ash, oil and other substances that are not conducive to bonding: if the old base layer is too much, it needs to be pre-filled: the amount of liquid hardener is measured according to the construction area.

·Pour the liquid hardener evenly on the ground, free to flow and infiltrate, and use the trowel to scrape the ground evenly. When the osmotic reaction becomes slippery, wet the viscous surface with water mist to continue the osmotic reaction of the liquid hardener. .

· Observe the degree of compaction and penetration of the base surface, and apply the liquid hardener for the second time and above.

· After the osmotic reaction is complete (the surface moisture is not completely dry), use a professional cleaning machine to clean the surface and remove excess material.

· After 24 hours of constitutional work, polish the surface of the floor with a soft polishing pad. The resin surface should be polished several times on the base surface. The longer the use time, the better the gloss.

Precautions in the construction of liquid hardener

· The old floor should be removed from the surface coating (such as wax layer, curing agent, resin coating, etc.) and oily. Heavy oily ground, after proper treatment, liquid hardener can be applied:
